Great info thanks a ton...im start weights next week to start putting on some muscle...but I think I'm go to 158 before I raise my calories to maintenance levels...a move to body building and away from weight loss is very encouraging...i don't wanta spend my mid life with a dad bod..lol

Lean to tone look..7 to 10 minutes of workout in the a.m. mostly and and barbells..losing a 1 to 2 pounds a week..a little with dumbbells getting a bench next week....im like 6 outta,10 on my current look...thats kinda my question I'm not sure if 158 is the number

I'm dealing with the same thing..lost the first 20 easy now its been slow going.. down from 197 to 177..im give it til the end of March if I'm down to 175 then I'll know I'm going in the right direction..im counting calories and carbs
