I Have a HRM when I wear it if I'm giving my all I burn about 330 calories also you can search for 30 day shred under exercise on MFP and I think that says about 320 calories

Hey i do at home workout videos just to stay fit and i love having a HRM to see how many calories a burned and watch my heart rate. Just motivates me more. I just bought a basic HRM I love it. Its a polar FT4. At the end of my workouts i can see the duration and calories burned

Hi! Im actually starting the 24 day challenge today and I agree with everyone! It was way to expensive but I have friends who have done the cleanse to jump start their weight loss and it with good eating habits they kept the weight off without continuing to buy the product! check out my blog to see the change. if any lol.

If you boil the cauliflower than blend it up you get a potato tasting soup! Its so delicious you have to try it! Eat it with fish or chicken :)

I have lost 6 pounds on this low carb diet in 10 days. My friend did it and ate 50g a day. He says to cook with heavy creams and butter and olive oil and basically i just eat meet veggies jello and a shake of strawberries a week. I guess im wondering if this is safe taking in all these fats or if ill pay for it in the long…
