I hate eating in the morning. I always have either two pieces of toast with some almond butter or smashed avocado with a fruit and some cashew milk/fat free milk. Eat whatever you want as long as you stay within your calories. I stay clear from certain foods just because I feel like crap after I eat them.

I buy vegan chocolate and dip frozen grapes in them!!! So good!!!

I’m the same way with snacking at night. I try to save an extra 500 calories for the night so I can snack. I’m not going over my calorie goal for the night and my weight is still dropping so it’s all good. I just had two chocolate chip cookies and 4 small honey bbq wings. Maybe try to save some extra calories and drink…

If you always drink those things then yes you will lose weight. You lose weight when you take in fewer calories. Try drinking more water.

I pig out on fruits lol A whole carton of strawberries and grapes that are FROZEN. It works for me

A good majority of people on here will tell you to eat whatever you want as long as you are hitting your calorie goals.
