I'm on the scale 5 to 10 times a day, watching and counting it all. The moment I stop! The weight yo'yo's back up. I am convinced it's going to be a life long habit. Until and unless I move way into the healthy weight category, but even then... Once a foodie, always a foodie. Amen to that :smiley:
