  • I'm with you. If I have to hear one more person say "well, just try different ones, you might find out you like them!" I will lose my mind. It's like saying "cheer up!" to a depressed person. It's not that easy. Stop saying it. It's just hurtful and pisses me off.
  • I'm so with you there. This is the worst my allergies have been in 30 years, and I'm on 4 different allergy medications!
  • Try marching in place several times a day, you'll be surprised how much quicker it gets easier and you can go longer. I started doing this at Christmas, I just put on something to watch and go for 15 or 20 minutes. It's an easy low impact workout that has done wonders for my stamina.

  • I have the same problem, and it's a challenge, no doubt about it. I've learned to adjust what I do eat with what fits into my diet (low carb/high fat, 1200 cals a day and I do 5:2) So my advice is to look at the foods you do like and either have smaller portions or find alternatives that will fit into your eating plan.
