I'm with you. If I have to hear one more person say "well, just try different ones, you might find out you like them!" I will lose my mind. It's like saying "cheer up!" to a depressed person. It's not that easy. Stop saying it. It's just hurtful and pisses me off.

I'm so with you there. This is the worst my allergies have been in 30 years, and I'm on 4 different allergy medications!

Try marching in place several times a day, you'll be surprised how much quicker it gets easier and you can go longer. I started doing this at Christmas, I just put on something to watch and go for 15 or 20 minutes. It's an easy low impact workout that has done wonders for my stamina.

I have the same problem, and it's a challenge, no doubt about it. I've learned to adjust what I do eat with what fits into my diet (low carb/high fat, 1200 cals a day and I do 5:2) So my advice is to look at the foods you do like and either have smaller portions or find alternatives that will fit into your eating plan.
