Hi everyone, I am Stacy (Louisiana) and have mad it a whole week now. My exercising is starting to get easier. I struggle with a food addiction. I welcome any advice on this journey to lose 100 pounds and become more active. I work nights so my schedule is hard on me, but I am determined to make it work.
