  • I cut up chicken breasts into smallish pieces, dip in scrambled egg and roll in sesame seeds. Spray air fryer pan with a little oil, then Air fry for about 5 minutes, turn, and air fry for another 5 minutes, depending on thickness. 10g sesame seeds are 60 calories and almost 6g of fat, so don’t go crazy. But protein also.
