Would anyone like to add me as a friend for supporting each other? I don’t cut out foods just try to eat more healthy than not but ultimately I focus on calories and exercise. Hi, I have been logging onto this app 101 days straight. I have lost a little over 25 pounds. I need to lose 100lbs to be considered not obese, but more to be of normal weight.
