  • Yes all that matters is your getting back on the wagon. I can't tell you how many times I've fallen off the wagon. This is the most successful I've ever been at keeping to it. Having a support system and friends to share the journey with goes a long way to help.

  • Don't get discouraged. I've discovered along the way I'll have some up and down on the scale but overall trajectory is down. Once I learned to predict these changes I was able to not let it get me discouraged. Just keep pushing forward. You got this.

  • I'm not crazy about cheesy romance either but love a good romance hidden in some suspense or humor. My all time favorite author is Kristen Ashley. The Rock Chick series is great if you love to laugh.
  • I had the same problem when I started. I had quit diet drinks because they gave me headaches and switched to regular. I didn't realize the insane amount of sugar I was taking in.
