@jseams1234 Sorry was wrong on the stats was 6 years ago. 496lbs at 165lbs still 3x bodyweight. But not everyone always trains the same if you always try to go heavy year round your going to get hurt. And I was 165 so yea I wanted to put size on and have an extremely fast metabolism.

I think it’s good not to have the foods in the house you crave that’s what I do. If it’s not there you can’t eat it right. And if you want to replace them with fruits and veggies you should opt for the veggies because all fruits turn to sugars which may make you crave them more

I have my carbs at 25-30% but my calories are 3,500-4,000 so I still get a decent amount of carbs. But I do a cup of vegetables every meal & and ounce of nuts. I believe your carbs are to high at 50% if you are looking to gain weight and muscle. Carbs are going to make you tired believe me I know I have a 1-1/2 year old.
