@whitpauly What is your method? Are you cooking brown rice? I used to struggle too, but I think I have it down now. If it's brown rice, make sure you use an EXACT 2:1 ratio of water to rice. Rinse the rice first, then put into a pot with the water, NO BUTTER. (I usually throw in some chicken bouillon for flavor). Make sure…

@MIltonBradley1 It works as well as any other product I'd say, but no better. It's the Snow Whitening kit and it costs around $150 but I honestly got the same results with the $10 Crest White Strips. The Snow was a gift luckily so I don't feel ripped off, but I don't think I'd buy one after trying it.

We'll meet up once a week on Sundays for BBQ and to make sure one of us didn't find a boat or get rescued without telling the other.

Yes, because I'd also prefer to roll solo and we could just split the island 50/50

Sure, but I think that in a nutrition and fitness forum, leaving "protein" ambiguous tends to lead people into assuming you mean dietary.

I can't tell if it was intentional clickbait or if they just misunderstood the entire article completely.

Lol. It's just an overpriced teeth whitener. I don't think it works any better than the $10 Crest whitening strips, but it looks cool!

If that's the only weight you have to lose, then it will be the only weight you lose. That's how it works. Just keep going.
