Well I’ve stopped smoking before but there are days where I want a cigarette and then I’ll buy a pack...
-
Well yo we’re very helpful. I just started working out 2 weeks ago and really know nothing about all this stuff so thanks for the info!! And I thought 1000 was a lot of calories to eat a day
-
Wow that’s great!! Yeah my app is telling me to eat 1200 calories I guess I can try that out since its the healthy way
-
Ok so I do exercise... that’s why it’s adding more for me to eat? And is it necessary to really eat more just because I work out?
-
Do y’all think the calories in the app are very accurate? And if so how many calories a day do y’all eat? Just curious
-
Ok thanks y’all. I don’t feel like I’m under eating though??
-
Yes I am eating less because I don’t feel I need to eat 1300 calories a day/.. I’m good eating 1000
-
And also if I don’t log enough calories the app doesn’t let me save my info??
-
Oh ok... I’m new to the app
-
Thanks!! What’s your goal??
-
I’m new too! Welcome
-
I know I’m gonna do my best to slow it down..
-
Thanks guys. I’m just gonna have to do a little more research on what exactly is the healthy way. I’m just eager to get the results I want which I’m sure we all are..
-
Well I’ve lost 7 pounds so far according to the scale.. look idk what’s healthy and what’s not. This is my first time working out and dieting in my life never done it before
-
But I absolutely love the healthy lifestyle.. I made working out my little hobby so all is going well won’t that part. I love hitting the gym
-
Yeah I’m 28 and I’m losing weight but this is the first time I’ve ever worked out in my life so I want to see results NOW like we all do.. then I find myself getting discouraged and I can’t stay away from stepping on the scale
-
I know I’m probably not trying to do it the healthiest way I’m just so eager to see big results.. I find myself obsessing over working out and dieting.. I mean it is literally all I think about
-
I weigh 148 right now and I want to be at 130
-
A few people that I’ve talked to have told me I’m overdoing my workouts.. I’m burning anywhere from 6-900 calories in my hour workouts
-
My goal is to lose 20 pounds
