I’ve been a year soda free. I went from drinking maybe 2 -4 2 liters a day to none. I weened myself off using sweet tea (caffeine headaches were not something I wanted) and then I quit that and just drank water. That took about 6 weeks. I lost 67lbs and can’t stand soda anymore when I take a sip of someone else’s. Good…

Yes! I still have the problem of craving things (unhealthy things) and I snack and snack until I’m satisfied if I don’t get what I’m craving. (Wow when you type it it kind of sounds bratty

Your story is incredibly similar to mine. I’ve always struggled with my weight (I’m an emotional eater) but once I lost my Mom 5 years ago I became super depressed. Best of luck to you as well
