In my opinion I stay away from the scale. I feel like it can be discouraging for sure. I stick to measurements because those change even if the weight doesn't. Get you a yellow sewing measuring tape and measure arm,legs and all, and next week do it on the same day so you can have better results. Maybe wait two week then…
