Hitting my OMAD goals by eating in a 2-4 hr window, found that the 20:4 works better for me to not feel overly stuffed and to meet my caloric goals :)

Gonna save our Jan group logs, so that I can read through some of these insights! Been a busy month. BUT, another 3-yes wknd. I'm realizing the doing intermittent fasting is helping me learn about and correct my behavior 'round binge eating. In the words of Kevin Hart, alright, alright, alright :)

2nd the idea that we are here for each other :) 3-yes day. Feeling bummed about not weight lifting. But one more wk of a 3wk order of light exercise due to a pinched nerve in my lower back. Finally, food discipline is hard for me when I'm idle. So, I've challenged myself off and on to try OMAD (one meal a day). I eat allβ¦

Oh my goodness, team. I missed last wk's weigh-in as I was sick. Pesky flu. But I'm at 85% now in terms of feeling better. Okay, between all of this gatorade, pedialyte, and salty broth I've consumed since last week, I'm up. But, it's okay. As I still walked, slept well, and took care of myself. Hi, folks. I've been learning about OMAD slowly, but surely. Does anyone not follow the one-plate rule and consume their daily caloric intake? If so, how do you get 1200 calories and up, during that one meal? Thanks for your tips!
