ForLangston PW 266 CW: 265 slow and steady. I've begun to date again. Is it me or does dating esp dinner dates with (drinks, appetizers, and dessert) cause an upturn in your weight)? LOL! I need to gain control and re-prioritize. Feeling slightly better going into this week, so onwards, onwards!
