Gosh, where did March go? 😲 The days are flying by!!

Hey friends. I'm taking a brief hiatus from our group. So busy with teaching 3 courses, 2 of which are new; planning a conference by myself; and elder-caring I will continue to commit to my health goals and will check in again in May. Hugs and love to our UAC, crew. You all got me thru a 20lb weight loss and just better health habits. Thank YOU!!!10

This has definitely worked for me. My CI have reduced this month.
I know some people believe that all calories are equal. However, I was checking my macros today and I realised that my Fat%age has been creeping up, which I do not think is healthy for my body.
I will prelog my CI first thing in the morning to ensure that I am within 2% my daily specified goal for Fat%age

Weight up. I think it's just because it's that time of the month though.

Well, wrapping up my learning month. I have learned how to track for real. I have upped my fiber to the daily recommended amount consistently. I have settled on a calorie number at which I don't feel deprived and that leads to slow weight loss. That's pretty good.
My challenge for April will be to stick to obsessively accurately tracking and try to stay with that number and see if that works. I do have a 5 day vacation planned towards the end of the month that may mess it all up - I need to think what my strategies for that are going to be.5
