Weight up. I think it's just because it's that time of the month though.

Well, wrapping up my learning month. I have learned how to track for real. I have upped my fiber to the daily recommended amount consistently. I have settled on a calorie number at which I don't feel deprived and that leads to slow weight loss. That's pretty good.
My challenge for April will be to stick to obsessively accurately tracking and try to stay with that number and see if that works. I do have a 5 day vacation planned towards the end of the month that may mess it all up - I need to think what my strategies for that are going to be.5 -
