Tracked, exercised, and over. Appreciate today's msg too. I know the scale is just a # buuuuutttt my .2 and .4 wkly losses in spite of great workouts and cleaner food choices are working my nerves :) BUT, I didn't let that scale # deter me from my workout and tracking today. #onwards
