Today was a sad day for the US of A. Despite how triggering it was for me to gaze at this mob, I exercised, ate well, drank margaritas, and stayed within calories.

Did the elliptical today while watching Yearly Departed on Amazon prime. My goodness, it's hilarious. Counted calories and at. @MaltedTea : love the photo! @RangerRickL : thanks for the mindful eating nugget. I did that today. Made some red onion, red cabbage goodness that went well with my tuna wrap in stead of chips.β¦

Yes *3 :) Enjoyed a walk despite the chill. Walked on the snowy grass to avoid slipping on black ice. Proud that I'm getting out to exercise; it's become medicinal/addictive to have outdoor, physical time :)

Sleep: for most of my adult life, I average 5 hours (not enough). Still working on it. Yes, yes, and yes. It's been nice developing a balance of tracking, exercise, indulging, and staying at or under calories. It's been a loooonnnng process getting to this point. Yay!

Suitor is taking me to an indulgent date night. Thus, I had collard greens for breakfast with some tomatoes, the same for lunch and my hummus snack. Can't wait to have wine, pasta, and a dessert for my diligence. Exercise: walk and yoga. From what I calculated, I should be at calories :) Will revise if I'm not.
