YYY. Though I'm in the Caribbean for the week, I'm eating lots of fruits, veggies, fish and great protein like oxtail (yummy) Lots of walking, too

@HASWLRS not home so I'm a little suspicious of this # esp since I'm in a dress that didn't fit at the end of 2021. But I'm coming in at 260. I come back home on the 15th, so we'll see if scales aligned. Wanted to be transparent tho

Thank goodness for fasting. My Haitian family's fried goat, heavy legumes, crab in sauce, rice, rice, and rice has me loving life but not fitting into this bikini that I'm wearing come Sunday for my trip :) But with fasting, I'm maintaining quite well despite the above delicacies :)

Doing my thang. Experimenting with different types of teas (blueberry, ginger, lemon) so that I'm hydrating rather than snacking. Doing pretty good

@donna25trinity: thank you for your query. I've noticed my sleep is much deeper (REM mode). Tummy is flatter, which highlights my juicy booty :) I'm more in control of my binge urges. I'll say: am I thirsty, hungry, bored, angry? If so, drink water, green tea, black coffee, lemon tea, ginger tea, etc. I also enjoy my meal…

3-yes day. Plus, I recruited some family to IF. Some are doing 12 hr, 16, and an 18-hr. It's good to have extra accountability and we're on WhatsApp together, which feels nice to check in every evening with them.
