I really feel your pain. My weight loss has been slow and has mysteriously went up on consecutive days but I keep on going. Maybe your clothes fit better - have you tried measuring your waist etc? I put on my belt last night and I had gone down two holes in a month

No, I’m on no medication whatsoever, I've only lost 2lbs in my second week. But I’m delighted that I’ve lost 14lbs - 1 stone from my heaviest weight - a major milestone in my mind.

I just find my exercise bike so boring, but as I said I turn it up to the highest setting and do 60 rotations - this really kills my legs. I might do this a total of 5 times mixed in with everything else. I find the variety of different activities a good incentive to keep going.

I know all about being consistent and not being consistent 😞. The biggest test are the weekends of course but I’m working Saturday and Sunday so it will be slightly easier. Thank you for your support.
