  • I did the same thing. Had a migraine and one of the few things that helps sometimes is eating a large meal. I went ahead and logged everything I ate. To see the actual numbers. Do you log it in? Are there any low calorie, healthy foods that you can have on hand to snack on when you feel like binging or another activity?
