Yes girl! I've been wanting to lose like 30 pounds to get back into my favorite jeans, but according to my doctor, I should be losing like 80 pounds

My motivation is all the clothes sitting in my closet that I don't fit into anymore and not wanting to get rid of them. Not happy with my weight and figure right now!

I used to do this too! Late night snacking was a problem for me, but I started brushing my teeth after dinner so I don't have an urge to get my clean mouth dirty haha. And then I crochet or knit while I watch TV! It keeps my hands busy and I'm no focused on snacks

I'm in! I gained 50 pounds in about three years and I'm so unsatisfied with how I look and feel lately. I just started getting back into going to the gym and counting my calories. I could definitely use some motivation from others!
