Breakfast: Hot oat bran cereal with sugar free apple pie filling on top. Cold brew coffee with splenda. Lunch: Meatballs on an Aldi flatbread, sprinkled with some cumin for Mexican flavor. Black beans, corn, tomatoes, a little shredded Mexican cheese, and Bolthouse Salsa Ranch. I may pair with Quest Loaded Taco chips if I…

Hot oat bran cereal topped with lower sugar apple pie filling. Cold brew coffee with splenda.

I'm intrigued. Hope this means new flavors!

It's funny you guys brought up the Quest bars because I just had one today after almost a year without them. They were something I consumed regularly when I had more calories to play with, but I haven't been able to have them and eat the more low calorie Built Bar instead. I was craving a more substantial protein bar…

I enjoy Peach Mango, Pina Colada, and the Grape flavor :) I liked the Lemon Drop too, but not enough to repurchase. It tasted like a Sprite to me, so if you like that then you'll love it!

I agree that the flavor changes haven't been good at all. Marshmallow Peanut Butter, which was always my favorite in the past, is just meh to me now. Not as many sheets of peanut butter, the base is more watered down. Lemon Meringue is probably my favorite now.

I wish I knew how to directly embed a pic! Every time I do it it's a small box :/

I'm torturing myself by looking at dessert places in NYC (going into the city for my niece's birthday this coming Friday) and the pictures at Doughnut Pub have me practically fiending! There's something called a S'mores Cronut that is basically a chocolate-dipped s'mores cronut wedged between two graham crackers. And the…

I'm the same way when it comes to eating oatmeal or any carb-heavy, "sweet" type breakfast (think a stack of pancakes). I'm just not as satiated and kinda feel like garbage afterwards, although I LOVE those types of breakfasts. Now I pair with eggs whites, an egg, turkey bacon, etc to get the most I can out of it and avoid…

What helps me is to pre-log my day. Of course this is only a good method if you know what you plan to eat. I'll usually track breakfast and lunch (eat pretty much the same thing on weekdays), and a couple of snacks. Dinner becomes a little easier because I know what's left in my budget and in a way feels more flexible.…

My first thought was a cold pasta salad. Maybe soba noodles so you can make an Asian inspired version? You could throw in a ton of veggies.

I've really been loving my eggs in the morning lately. I'll do them over easy with some green onions, salt, pepper, and just today I did sriracha. It was amazing with that! Pair it with two slices of turkey bacon and toast topped with hummus and cherry tomatoes. I can't wait to have it every morning with my coffee.

Yeah, I mean Halloween is my favorite holiday and I adore pumpkin spice, but I guess I just like food to match the ambiance lol. I don't eat much soup in the summer either.
-
Yeah, I absolutely love fall but refuse to jump onboard until September!

Woah. I'm not even a nut person and those look delicious! And that popcorn always teases me at Regal, but I cave in to the regular buttered one every time! Apparently it's a cheese-flavored oil and Cheetos mixed in :)

Do you have access to ice? I'd say load up a cooler of things like pre-chopped veggies so they stay cool and crisp...hummus makes a great spread on a sandwich, which can then be loaded with many veggies and avocados. Pickles, string cheese, fruit, yogurts for snacks. I think a lot of stuff would need to be made ahead of…

I thought I saw it on Cheesecake Factory's menu, if you have those around. And weren't TGIFs supposed to carry them?

I usually splurge on a small popcorn. For me it's totally worth it because I love movie theater popcorn. Sometimes I'll bring in some Smart Sweets for gummies (80 calories a bag and just as good as any candy) or I'll eat half a Lily's chocolate bar. All completely workable in my plan (with a diet coke, of course!). I don't…

Yes, YouTube is definitely helpful with meal prep tips! I try to do it when I can.

Where do you guys find the palmini noodles? I'm intrigued.

Breakfast: Two Kodiak Power Waffles in Blueberry (not worth the calories) topped with Walden Farms Syrup. Egg whites with green onions. Coffee with cashew milk and Splenda. Lunch: My friend and I hit up the Indian buffet. I had two small scoops of chicken tikka masala, a little aloo gobi, and the eggplant curry. Pakoras.…

I think those would be good choices :) They're all so decadent and delicious!

I've really been loving brussel sprouts lately! Roasted in a pan with a little bit of oil, garlic, salt and pepper. It gets a little crispy and charred. Sometimes I drizzle with balsamic glaze. So delicious! I also really love tomatoes, green onions, butter lettuce, carrots, sugar snap peas, bell peppers, and butternut…

Breakfast: Two over easy eggs. A slice of toast with garlic hummus, cherry tomato slices, and everything bagel seasoning. Coconut-flavored coffee with a splash of cashew milk and Splenda. Lunch: I was really feeling the garlic hummus today, so I did a toasted sandwich with the garlic hummus, tomatoes, cucumber, and…

@hgycta I haven't had a dasher in years but remember really liking the mint one (but I'm a mint ice cream fan), and you can't go wrong with the peanut butter cup or Oreo one. Which one do you have your eye on?
-
Yay, thanks Noreen! I got mine.

Ice cream sounds so good right now with all the National Ice Cream Day talk. I'd love a sundae from Carvel -- soft serve vanilla with peanut butter sauce and cookie dough bites to be exact. Or just give me the cookie dough pieces, I don't care. I think my friend and I will split something tomorrow.

Yeah, I hear ya. They are VERY unhelpful when it comes to directing people to the samples. I asked about their samples on FB (in addition to loads of other people), and they're basically like "Oh yeah, go find it buried on Facebook somewhere on our page." I actually did hunt for it pretty thoroughly and never found it.…

Yes, same! I'd melt it in a mug in the microwave and dump it in. Dang, now I want that lol.

@hgycta I don't know if you like whey protein at all, but the brand 1Up just came out with a cotton candy whey powder :) It's a HUGE container, though, so you might wanna inquire about smaller packets if you're interested :)
