I’ll be lurking on this thread as I have the same question lol. I love coffee but have a hard time doing it black, and I’m looking to shave calories off where I can.

I agree, Noreen! Oatly has a great texture. I’ve only ever had the ice cream bars, but they’re fantastic. I don’t trust myself with pints lmao. Try the bars when you get a chance!

The hot mustard Doritos are great! They taste like the mustard cups they give you at Chinese takeout places :)

Ugh, those sandwiches are SO good. I used to be obsessed with those, but I had to cut them out of my diet due to the higher calories (I don’t get many as I’m a shorty). My favorites were the cookie dough (that cookie was so good), the mint, and the double chocolate. I also love the horchata.

Wow, you unlocked a memory with that Smart Squeeze! I loved that stuff!

I’m still on my American Dream Nut Butter kick. In fact, I’m super obsessed with their Sham Rockin’ Cashew Butter, which is supposed to mimic a Shamrock Shake. It has swirls of fudge inside, with chocolate cookie bits, all mixed in a vanilla cashew base. I taste more Thin Mint than Shamrock Shake, but damn if I’m not…

Their organic ketchup and spices are repeated purchases. I also love their grilled rosemary and balsamic chicken, Mediterranean salad kit, Patio potato chips (something I can’t buy often or I’ll go off the rails), and their coffee creamers.

Ooo, glad you were able to get samples, Noreen! They’re definitely not bad at all, but I too would just eat them if they were free lol. I need those Aldi ice cream sandwiches! 😍

I tried their sampler back about six months ago, and they were decent. The cookie butter one was my favorite. They are pretty small, and I found myself reaching for my Nugo bars over these, so I never purchased again after the sampler.

Cottage cheese is very filling for me as a snack, and will often hold me over at work until I can get home and eat dinner. However, my new obsession is a sweet rice cake (can be chocolate, caramel, apple cinnamon, etc) topped with a tablespoon of nut butter and three squares of dark chocolate (been loving the Gatsby…

I still have a little bit of chocolate every day, but a serving instead of the whole king-sized bar that I used to eat. Cookies and cakes only on occasion and usually only for an occasion. I still love my sweets, though!

I’ve heard good things about that brand, Noreen. I’ll have to check it out. Has anyone here tried American Nut Butters? I just placed an order for their Starberry Almond Butter and the One Tough Cookie Cashew Butter. Just curious what everyone thinks of the brand and of their flavors.

Coolhaus is so yummy! I’m addicted to their ice cream sandwiches but can’t buy them as they’re almost 500 calories a piece (they’re bigger than a Chipwich, if that gives you an idea). They use the softest, chewiest cookies as their sandwiches and all the non-dairy ones are bomb. So good. I’ll have to try these and they are…

I LOVE the Gatsby chocolate! It definitely has a slightly allulose-y aftertaste (at least that’s what I think it is!), but I much much prefer that over stevia *barfs* I kinda find the aftertaste addicting. My favorite is the sea salt dark chocolate, but the almond isn’t bad either. Very low calorie. I’ve been doing this as…

I’m really loving Gorgonzola cheese lately. I top my salads with it, and also eat it straight out of the container. Thinking of trying it in an omelet soon, maybe with some diced chicken sausage, tomatoes, and spinach?

Speaking of dill pickle: Trader Joe’s has a new dill pickle seasoning that is amazing! It’s in their spice section and is, like, $2.99. I shake that stuff on everything — potatoes, ground chicken, burgers, my finger lol. Someone said they sprinkled on eggs, but I have yet to try that. Maybe it would be good on a…

I can’t think of anything (lemon was my first guess), but did you try calling the restaurant and asking what they specifically use to dress it?
-
Yes, agreed! They’re really good! I like all of their Doritos knock-offs.

Tuna salad and chicken salad. Can’t get enough! I can just eat it with a fork. Sometimes I’ll spread on a Wasa cracker. Dave’s Killer Bread: I use the thin-sliced kind and it’s made a world of difference for satiety for lunches. I still love my Schmidt’s low calorie bread, but although this is more calories per slice, I…

I’m on a chili kick myself. It’s great to take to work with a little shredded cheese, hot sauce, and my special addition, the one that makes it so dang tasty — cheese and garlic croutons. It adds such a nice crunch and flavor to it. So warm and cozy for winter days. Also loving Nugo bars. Haven’t had a bad flavor yet!…

Since we’re on the topic of sparkling water…The absolute best sparkling water I’ve had is also found at Whole Foods. It’s called Sound, and while it’s pretty pricey for a single can of it, I think it’s delicious and worth every penny. The blueberry cinnamon is my favorite, followed by the orange and vanilla. The ginger…

Thanks for all the reviews, Noreen! It helps me when deciding what to buy! Anyway, newest food love: Green Giant Zucchini Fries (Garlic and Parmesan flavor). Pop them in the air fryer for 12 minutes for a crispy outside and perfect inside. Dipped in Bolthouse Ranch!

Hey all! Haven't posted in a while, even though I've been logging. Anyway, I'm craving the a huge, warm chocolate chip cookie skillet. With a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Ugh, what I wouldn't do for one! (Now I know how Homer Simpson felt when he sold his soul for a donut lol).
-
I've already indulged, but the best thing was sitting in a dark movie theater and eating buttered popcorn again.
-
I have the same feelings on it. I don't hate it but it's not my favorite.
-
I love them too! A great little snack! The cherry chocolate are tasty as well.
-
Ooo yum! Is that a Whole Foods find? I love the Lesser Evil puffs!
-
Yes, I'm 4'11 and have the same issues :( I have to be super diligent and on mark with my calories all the time or I won't lose. It's extremely frustrating.

My 600 LB Life was what really motivated me to change, to be completely honest. Three years ago I was 250 lbs at 5 feet tall and experiencing heart palpitations, panic attacks, and just feeling really miserable overall. I saw myself becoming those people very soon if I did not change. The success stories would motivate me…
