I’m drinking water like crazy. That’s about the only think I’m having. I think I’ve eaten maybe 300 calories all day.

That makes sense. It’s just been told to me ever since I was a kid that you have to eat when you’re sick, even if you don’t want to, to keep your strength up. So I always think I have to even when it’s the last thing I want to do.

I like chobani Greek yogurt in the vanilla flavor with a little archer farms s’mores granola mixed in. It’s 240 calories and it’s sweet enough that I don’t crave anything else when I’m done.

I requested to join as well. I started using MFP about a year ago and didn’t stick with it. I’m back on and 4 days in. I’m 5’9” and I’ve gone from 279 to 245.5 in about a year on my own but I’m really wanting to get below 200 this year. I need to for health reasons and I also want to feel good about my body. I’m also…
