I have to say, I am loving my new approach. Info AF Sunday through Thursday and allow myself to drink on the weekends. I do not over indulge on the weekends. I have found I sleep better during the week. I am seriously considering a dry January. I did it a couple of years ago.

This is so me. I am doing abstinence during the week and drinking (moderately) on the weekends. My work days have been so much better. Well i did well this weekend. Only drank Friday and Saturday and was able to moderate-so I am extremely happy. I am going to keep this approach through November (only drinking Friday and Saturday) and reassess at the end of the month. Good luck to all on your individual goals regarding alcohol

I am in. I have a Feb vacation planned already Starting weight 10/6-181.4 Weight 10/13-182.2. Going in the right direction, just not quick enough. Goal weight for February is 161.4. Nite to self-drink more water!!!!!

I like the moderation aspect. Although I still have to remind myself I don’t drink during the week-just on weekends. As soon as I can convince my brain, should be all set.
