That seems like a really good idea! I'm supposed to be on 1200 a day but find it hard to keep to that most days. Allowing 75% of my exercise calories to be eaten back will be a real incentive to exercise!

Dear Rebeccar5301, I did Vegan January and found it really easy (am already veggie though) and as a bonus I lost 3lbs in the month! There are loads of meals and replacements available now.
