I will either have sliced Persian cucumbers sprinkled with chili lime, some pre-cooked chicken from Trader Joes and a boiled egg, OR, I will have a turkey wrap on a low carb Mission Tortilla with reduced fat swiss cheese, turkey, lettuce, tomato, mustard and a super tiny amount of mayo, and one serving of Pop Corners.

With the Sleeve, it may be possible but please be careful. If you're going to drastically reduce your calories that much, please make sure you're taking all your vitamins and getting in all of your protein FIRST. I think cutting your goal in half is more appropriate, and still may be overzealous.

I find that I prefer veggies uncooked. But in terms of cooked veggies, I prefer cauliflower with Trader Joe's Chili Lime seasoning, or broccoli with Bolthouse Farms Greek Yogurt dressing, creamy garlic. I really love green beans and artichokes, but they have to be super well done for me because my guts don't like them…
