Currently on my 2nd week of body beast lean after completing max30. I really need to focus on my nutrition but I am enjoying the program so far. It is a holiday here today so I slept in later. Build Back and Biceps completed. I have the rest of the week off too so maybe I can squeeze in some cardio in there too :)

Hope you feel better soon. Friday fight 1 completed. I dont care for body beast cardio workout so used an insanity max 30 workout instead.

I wake up 4am before everyone else and workout at home for 30 - 60 mins depending on the rourine. Of course you need to make it a priority and eventually it develops into a sustainable habit.

Congrats ...you have done it. For insanity, month 2 is where I really see inches drop. I haven't done Chalean Extreme but like you I want to do weights. I just completed insanity max30 and will be doing beast next. Good luck and keep crushing those goals!

Agree with SabAteNine ...develop the habit. Mon to Fri, my alarm goes off earlier and I workout first thing in the morning. It is the most convenient and consistent time for me and has become part of my routine.

Friday fight 2. Challenging but I totally love it. 2 more weeks again for this program. I think I may redo month 2 and then maybe start p90x3

Max out strength ...this one is grueling for me. Shaun T is such a great motivator though that you just keep pushing through!

I will definitely consider p90x3 next as I do want to incorporate weights.

Max out power today ...I still cant do all the push up moves and modify where needed. I enjoy the tabata concept workouts though.

Month 2 of Max30 is an entirely different ball game. I am modifying when necessary keeping at it. Keep pushing play! I am already thinking which program is next and may try my hand at p90x3 or 22 mins hard corp ...has anyone done either?
