If you are 100% sure that you are eating at a deficit, check a doctor. The lack of period is concerning as well as your eating habits. It simply is not sustainable.

I am actually in almost 40 club ...39 year old high stress job with PCOS. I have 10lbs to lose and the weight is hard to fall off but I am trying. I really need to focus on eating habits and not being discouraged at the number on the scale.

The last 10lbs have been a battle for me. I have actually rejoined MFP so I can actively track calories. I always consider this a chore but really need to focus on diet. I am enjoying working out so just focusing on tightening up on food intake!

Pictures taken when I was on vacation did the trick. I was so unhappy with my body. Ironically I lost 3 lbs when I was on vacay due to the amount of walking we did

I am 5'4" , 38 yrs and currently at 130lbs. I am more comfortable at 123lbs. From there I will assess.

I just did a quick sautee of frozen veggie mix ( broc, carrots, snap peas, corn ) and smoked turkey sausage. Threw in some smoked paprika and red pepper flakes.

I am doing a hybrid of p90x and insanity. I think it's a great workout but you need to pay attention to your form to avoid injury.
