Insanity plyo cardio circuit. I underestimated the intensity of this workout since it has been awhile I did original insanity workouts.

Weight fluctuations can be discouraging but I still weigh daily for trending purposes. I prefer to guage by how my clothes fit and measuring tape though as it shows progress.

On occasion I feel for a diet coke with lime so I usually have handy for those days.

I eat canned salmon and I usually sautee with peppers, onions and Adobe seasonings. I eat with salad. I also make salmon patties as well. I dont deep fry them.

Yes. I was trying to fix everything all at once - eating within my calories, eating my version of healthy, doing cardio, strength training, tracked my water intake. I set mini goals for myself so it became more manageable
