It is a public holiday here so relaxing today...after my cardio workout this morning.

I want to start running. I usually do workouts at home mainly beachbody workouts. My work had a fitness walk and I quite enjoyed it so I want to fit this into my schedule maybe twice a week.

Exercise which I do at home. It helps clear my head. I also read a lot on my kindle app. Sleep helps too :)

I came home last night with roasting fever, congestion and sore throat. I am shivering in the tropics here. I have an appt later and really hope to feel better soon. I am flying out tmrw on family vacation. Keep pushing play everyone.

Both insanity and insanity max 30 are my faves. Shaun T is a great motivator. I still use the vids for cardio. Pure cardio is my fave as well as well as Friday fight workouts in max30. Keep at it and take measurements. I lost inches before lbs.

Maybe you're trying too much all at the same time which can be overwhelming. Set mini goals and slowly incorporate these changes.

3.5 km walk / jog this afternoon. My quads are stiff; maybe leg workout compounded with the walk. I plan to incorporate this on a weekly basis.

Thanks. This sounds like right up my alley though I prefer DVDs. I agree you to need to pick a weight to challenge yourself; I am learning this in body beast. I may consider on demand after I complete my cycle of dvd programs. Still have a few to complete and revisit.
