I caught the legit flu right after starting keto (I nailed a "perfect" first week) and then had to take a break. Sometimes there is no substitute for saltines and Fresca. I discovered Fathead Pizza dough this weekend. You can make pizza, crackers, etc from it - and truly, this is something I would eat and enjoy keto or no keto. Super easy (roll it between two sheets of parchment paper and work pretty quickly....)…
