Good job. Happy Thanksgiving! I'm finally OK with the holidays. Will eat everything within an hour and be done with it. Can still travel from house to house, but just drink something unsweet at the other destinations. Personally, I'm excited about this test. My first holiday season with some control.

Thank you, will have to remember your new name! I'm still catching up.
-
Indeed. Makes me feel great!

Welcome. If anyone questions me, I refer to fasting being an ancient healing and cleansing ritual. Also discuss how humans didn't have access to food 24/7 until the last few decades.

Very nice!

Thank you, been a crazy month, again. SW 277 - February 2018 CW 201 - November 15, 2018 Goal weight: ripped I won't go over my current routine, it works for me, but feel it could cause problems. Totally healthy, but for the hardcore. Changing back to standard OMAD on the holiday weeks. Various forms of fasting otherwise.…

Yeah, unfortunately that will happen to all of us at some point. Perhaps the measurement was incorrect?

Happy Thanksgiving.

You are a testimony. Considered blogging or making a vid?

Well done.

Hi, hope you are well.

Hello! I've been traveling and lost track of time. This place is a safe haven for me. To answer your question: Cardio exercise is too easy at my former pace, have to add an incline or weight vest. My back no longer hurts, along with my joints. Mercy, the mood improvement! I feel light, walking or working. Two weeks into…

Thanks again, I'm living proof that persistence and a routine can move mountains.

Anorexia is such a taboo subject for women. Makes me angry when it is weaponzied to shame.
-
Doing really well.

Thanks. It's so awesome to know OMAD is in my back pocket to maintain, once my goal has been achieved.
-
Thank you. One second, one minute, one hour and one day at a time. Appreciate it.

@jadepearl Insecure people scream out “anorexia!” when others are improving their health. As long your BMI is good, it’s more about their own issues. At your height, should be proud of your weight loss and be looking at the finish line!

I’ve learned so much on this journey. Have lost 75 lbs in the past, in early 2000s. Funny enough, I kept logs of my training and nutrition. Looking back, that method was not sustainable. A fasting lifestyle is superior, in my opinion. Train less, eat more, feel better. Just amazing. You are most welcome. Thank you. I’m…

Hello everyone, I have taken a break from the online world. SW 277 Mid Feb 2018 CW 209 10/3 Total lost 68lbs. The new routine has destroyed my plateau. Good times.

I like to dry fast, much easier than water fasting (imho).
-
Thank you for sharing. I’m feeling similar benefits. I sum up as feeling 25 again, at age 45.

Hi, would wish UT was doing better - the tailgating is still a blast!
-
@katjustkat I haven’t been around in a week or two, so just wanted to say hello and welcome back!
-
That’s cool! I’m interested in if the mentally clarity effect helps your performance. One of my favorite YouTube mountain bike riders swears by it.

Oh! Happy Birthday!
-
Welcome! Seems you are doing very well. Other than weight loss, what other improvements are you seeing and feeling?
-
Thank you. Hahahahahaha!

I love asparagus, it sheds water weight without hurting electrolytes!

Weeeeeeee! Shrinking!
