Ughhh! Has been awhile. I have fallen off the wagon as of late! Been working out but my diet has been poor to say the least! Getting back to disciplined this week! Or at least hope to. Hard to eat right when I’m only home half the time but I have a better plan now so we will see!

I weighed 191 in August of 2017. I am now around 165-170. I have pushed nutrition and weight training and very little cardio. I try to eat balanced and not give up any temptation food. Just limit it! I would suggest pushing a low weight/high repetition weight program as your base and supplementing with cardio. Toning and converting lean muscle is a great building block that gives you benefits beyond the actual workout. 42. Started really getting back at it 7 months ago. Eating right has made a huge difference for me. Would like support/training tips from other middle agers as well!
