Thank you everyone. I feel inspired to get going now. I did a 8 mile bike ride after work today.got super hungry so will need to eat often it seems. Need to get padded pant things. It all feel a bit heavy on my hybrid. .. I may have to explore using my mountain bike. How to I carry everything?

I would like to start keto as well.. I was IF'ing for about 5 months last year and lost weight easily.. but I got jaw pain from clenching rather than suppressing emotions with food :).. so I stopped.. I was IF'ing for 20/4 .. but think I was probably drinking too much black coffee.. now drinking less coffee and loads more…

I try to log it before I eat it... I eat same reasons as you. My over eating place seems to be at home. I have starated switching chocolate for oranges. I cut them into segments.. so much easier to eat. Now eating them xx

I would love more friends.. or one even would be good.. as just started. I did mfp 4 years ago and then slipped away.. I look back and realise I was stronger and healthier during all the logging and jogging.. add me if you want..
