I have similar IF. No coconut oil just half and half. Really strict on my calorie count, workout routine, Mac portions but need more accountability reducing my 6 window. I break with late lunch ~2pm with protein shake and bar after workout.

trying MFP out, comparing it to LoseIt! app. so far, impressed...... right now, I'm 7 lbs lighter and need 10 more lbs to lose before summer months.

I'm 48..... new to fitnesspal. goal to lose 17lbs before summer time. diet will reduce carbs to 25% of my total calorie intake. also decreasing total calorie intake as well as increasing exercise (weight lifting).
