I cave once or twice a month. I had taco Bell tonight and my meal was 980 calories and I still stayed under my goal. I just don't make a habit of it. It's nice to have every now and then.

I love swordfish but only have it once or twice a year.

My trail mixes are 200 calories. I don't consider that too high calories on a 1700 calorie limit.

Pretty much I just make sure I hit my protein goal I find I stay Fuller when I do. But I've cut alot of junk food out. I ll give in once a week.

Congrats I'm also getting married in May. My goal is to lose 50lbs. I'm 230 I want to be 180. If I can lose more great but if not it's ok.
