I personally love the Atkins diet. It’s pretty much really low carb, high protein foods. They have their own brand foods as well, like shakes and bars. Anyway, this is me! I’m Julia

The thing with me though is that I will eat an Oreo and gain like 10 lbs. my metabolism is so slow and I just don’t lose weight easily. I’ve tried weight watchers and gym classes and pills and nothing has worked

Just staying sober and grateful for the life I have. One of my good friends relapsed on drugs and it broke my heart a little so he’s on my mind. I’m just grateful that I haven’t relapsed in nearly 2 years. That’s why I’m here: to help my body get healthier from all the damage that was done

I struggle with drinking water too. I need some kind of flavor in the water in order for me to drink enough. Otherwise I can sip a little at a time. But I’m gonna start carrying around a water bottle and drink it in my college classes
