If it makes any difference in your advice, I'm 42 years old and 6'3". To all who have replied so far, thank you very much for your responses. I've been prepared for the weight loss slow down, but it hasn't happened yet. I think I'm going to increase my caloric intake to at least 2000 a day.

I was 318.6 on 4/30 and 270.5 as of today. 48.1 lbs lost over 12 weeks - avg of 4 lbs per week
