Quoting myself..today I was sick as a dog from extremes, so no longer doing exactly Keto..just low carb and sensible cutting of calories. And no more OMAD.

I made baby shrimp, home made zucchini noodles, and broccoli stir fry today but was still hungry so added 2.5 pieces of bacon and some ground hamburger.:) Is that good? All told with cream and coffee and flax seed about 900 calories.

I am just starting this way of one meal a day as well as keto. It seems it may work for me. My window will be appoximately 11:30 am or 12:00 pm til around 3:30pm or 4pm. So a four hour window..I am still working this out. Fav thing about the OMAD is that exactly that..one meal to fix yay. I am wanting 1000 calories a day…
