  • I agree 100% and have the EACT same issue. The more I exercise the more I feel it "punishes" me by taking away calories. Thank you for sharing this with me.

  • I have it set at active. My base calorie intake is at 2200. I am normally in the 12k to 15k steps neighborhood.   • So I have confirmed that it is an error somewhere on the MFP side. If you have a negative calorie adjustment that is just stupid way off, delete it and wait for a refresh.
