I used to wake up at 4 am naturally and eat carbs for breakfast for energy (so oatmeal and a banana is perfect) and watch some YouTube till 5 and then head into my garage to workout and finish at 7. Then eat carbs and protein for a post meal Think about doing a home gym so it’s right there if you don’t wanna go to far.
