July starting weight: 164 July total weight loss: Goal weight : 150 Week 1 1/7 : 164 2/7 : 163.58 3/7 : 163.14 4/7 : 162.92 5/7 : 163.14 6/7 : 163.14 7/7 : 162 8/7 : 162.9 9/7 : 161.8 Im pretty happy with that so far. Keeping under 1500 calories and excerising every day .. feeling a lot better than i did a few months back!

Im about 8 weeks in. Lost 9lbs so far . Which im quite happy with but have at least another 21 to go. I struggle a bit with sticking under 1400! But happy to exercise loads! Tell me about this Chloe Ting??
