  • Hello, I'm finally using MyFitnessPal and loving it. Trying to get my fitness and eating on-track. I go to a personal trainer on Saturdays and try to stay under 1500 calories per day. I have a good amount of weight to lose. Excited to be on this journey and praying I don't give up. 1st step divorce 2nd step get healthy.
