I ran today even though I really didn't want to. Today's run seemed harder than usual...I don't know. I aimed to run at least 2-2.5 miles but only ran 1.52. The humidity was crazy and there were way too many june bugs and wasps lol. I plan on going out later on for a run once it cools down. 13.71/40

Ran about 4.5 miles yesterday, which is the longest run that I have (recently) done, and I'm pretty proud of myself. I ran the entire time, albeit at a 12 minute pace, but still managing to run nonetheless lol. I'm hoping within the next few months to get my average pace down to an 11, maybe even 10 minute mile (by the end…

Hey y'all! I'm back on MFP after a three year "hiatus". I'm not exactly *new* to running, but I got lazy and stopped about three years ago. Not quite sure how much weekly mileage I plan to take on, but I'm ready to do this challenge!
