I did the same thing yesterday except add tequila to that lovely mix. Don’t beat yourself up too hard, it’ll all work itself out if we just pick up the next day and continue to stay consistent the best we can ❤️

I can be kind of OCD about even numbers and "feeling even"... if I'm eating a handful of M&M's, I put them in my mouth 2-at-a-time and disperse them into separate corners of my mouth, then swallow both at once. If I reach the end of my handful and I'm left with one, odd piece, I'll throw it away before eating it devoid of…

I’m going to try to keep it to one night a week. Currently I drink Friday night, Saturday night, and sometimes part of Sunday. I think my overall energy during the week will benefit from cutting down to only one night

Just a regular chicken salad with either ginger or vinegar-based dressing. I season the chicken in salt, pepper, cayenne, and garlic powder and add lots of bell peppers and celery to the lettuce. NEVER get tired of eating this!
