I have restarted plenty of times myself..... But this time.... This time is the last! So far I believe I am 4 months in and have lost 35+lbs. I started at 281 and am currently at 245ish give or take. I have done through a complete life overhaul. Let us continue our journey with good progress, motivation and some laughs.

I agree about it being short fuel, but it is a great way to begin your journey. I know from experience. I have shifted my priorities to living longer as motivation but I would never have wanted to start of it was not for that revenge... Haha. I am sending you a friend request

Father of one here. My daughter, work and school have me busy too. I find it best to set aside one day to meal prep.for the week saves me time and keeps me on track. So far itnis working. I am 45lbs away from my first goal, but before this app I was 81lbs away. Let's motivate eachother either progress!

I don't think you need to up your caloric intake. I believe that your body just needs time to adjust to your (possibly) new eating habits. If your body is accustomed to eating X amount of times or X amount of calories, then it would need time to adjust to the calories. My other idea would be that shakes are so easily…
